What are the shipping costs and possible destinations?

We ship throughout the European Union easily (between 2 and 8 working days) and worldwide with a prior quote and payment.

Portugal and Spain (mainland)

Shipping Costs = Free                                     for orders > 300,0€ + VAT and maximum weight of 30kg/box

Shipping costs = 10,00eur + VAT              for orders under 300,00eur

Portugal and Spain (islands)

Shipping costs = 30,00eur+VAT                for all orders and maximum weight of 30kg/box

European Union

Shipping costs = 50,00eur + VAT             for all orders and maximum weight of 30kg/box

Rest of the World

All other destinations and weights, available upon prior quotation and payment, with customs fees for delivery being the responsibility of the customer.

What are the deadlines for submitting articles?

– We usually ship in 1 to 4 business days for items available in stock, and in 5 to 15 business days for contracted Ready Solutions.

– Due to market and logistics conditions, there may be delivery times different from these, so we will confirm the possible delivery time when placing your order.

– For internal logistical reasons, your order may be sent in multiple shipments. You will always receive an email when we send you a Ready-made Solution so that you can follow it.

– Shipping and delivery of orders is done on working days, that is, between Monday and Friday, if it is not a national or local holiday

– When you receive your order, you must check the integrity of the items in the presence of the courier, and refuse delivery if there is visible damage.

Undelivered shipments

All shipments made and not delivered due to customer unavailability will be made for the 2nd time and may be charged additionally in the minimum amount of 10.00eur + VAT according to values already presented.
