The resolution period may vary, typically between 15 and 45 calendar days, depending on the manufacturer, the availability of components, the location of the technical centre and the complexity of the process.<\/p>\n<p>Items with an &#8216;On-Site&#8217; guarantee or direct assistance from the manufacturer must be dealt with directly with the manufacturer. If you want Partnerplus to manage the warranty process, you must formalize this request by email to <a href=\"mailto:suporte@partnerplus.pt\">suporte@partnerplus.pt<\/a> accompanied by proof of purchase of the respective item. Proof of purchase (invoice or equivalent document) is required for warranty purposes.<\/p>\n<p>All warranty requests are subject to the prior opening of the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process and will be submitted to a technical evaluation to verify the defect\/malfunction and the respective conditions of use.<\/p>\n<p>The assigned RMA number must always accompany the shipment of the item, and Partnerplus may refuse receipts without proper identification.<\/p>\n<p>After this evaluation, repair, replacement, refund, or refusal of the warranty request may occur if the applicable legal or contractual conditions are not met. Partnerplus reserves the right to request additional information or tests from the customer for validation of the reported defect.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>The warranty does not cover, inter alia:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Damage caused by misuse or incorrect use<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Improper or non-compliant installation<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Unauthorized changes or modifications<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Normal wear and tear<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Electrical damage (example: voltage spikes)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Data loss<\/p>\n<p>If no anomaly is detected or improper use is confirmed, diagnostic and transport costs and an administrative fee of \u20ac30.00 + VAT may be charged. In the event of repair, the replaced components benefit from an additional warranty period in accordance with the applicable legislation.<\/p>\n<p>Partnerplus may refuse warranty claims that do not comply with the applicable legal or contractual conditions. Partnerplus will not be held liable for indirect losses, loss of profits or derived from interruptions of activity occurred due to damage to the articles under warranty.<\/p>\n<p>Partnerplus is not responsible for loss or corruption of data. The customer is fully responsible for making backup copies before sending the item, unless expressly agreed otherwise.<\/p>\n<p>Storage items (NAS, DAS, etc.) must be shipped according to the instructions communicated when the RMA process is approved.<\/p>\n<p>As a general rule, they must be sent without discs or, if they are included, with the data previously safeguarded, including accessories essential for their verification. Partnerplus is not responsible for any data in the articles.<\/p>\n<p>The item must come with adequate packaging for its preservation in transport. The customer is responsible for the correct packaging of the item. Damage incurred during transport by improper packaging may not be covered by the warranty.<\/p>\n<p>The costs of shipping the item to Partnerplus will be the responsibility of the customer and, for customers outside the European Union, there may also be customs fees at their expense.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>(B2C) Individual Consumers<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Under Directive 2019\/771, consumers benefit from the legal guarantees applicable in their country of residence and, in the event of non-conformity, may choose to repair, replace, reduce the value or terminate the contract established when purchasing the item. The solution will be determined in accordance with the applicable legislation and the nature of the problem.<\/p>\n<p>Partnerplus is responsible for managing the warranty process before the final consumer, without prejudice to the customer being able to contact the manufacturer directly to resolve the process with their item if they so wish.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>(B2B) Professionals\/Companies<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>For business customers, the warranty follows specific commercial conditions and can be managed directly with the manufacturer, for faster resolution of the process, according to its policies.
