In accordance with applicable law, the right of return does not apply to:<\/p><p>&#8211; Software or digital licenses after activation<\/p><p>&#8211; Customized items such as Ready-made Solutions with pre-configured NAS (Network Attached Storage) and\/or pre-assembled RAID&#8217;s. The installation of components in servers alters the original state of the goods and integrates them into a customised solution, falling under the exception of Article 17. paragraph c), Decree-Law No. 24\/2014 of 14 February, so it will not be possible to return it later for this reason.<\/p><p>&#8211; Sealed items that cannot be returned for security reasons, after opening<\/p><p>&#8211; In the case of HDD and SSD disks in the various formats, the right of resolution will only be met if the anti-static\/plastic protection packaging of the disk is intact and closed.<\/p><p>&#8211; Services already performed<\/p><p>The exercise of this right must be carried out in writing by sending an email to <a href=\"mailto:suporte@partnerplus.pt\">suporte@partnerplus.pt<\/a> or through a form available on the website itself with the subject identification &#8220;Return in 14 days&#8221;. The date of sending the communication will be considered for the purposes of the legal deadline.<\/p><h3><strong>Return Conditions (B2C)<\/strong><\/h3><p><u>In order to ensure eligibility for reimbursement, items must:<\/u><\/p><p>&#8211; Be in good condition<\/p><p>&#8211; Contain all components, accessories and original packaging<\/p><p>&#8211; Show no signs of overuse beyond what is necessary for verification<\/p><p><u>Important:<\/u> Partnerplus reserves the right to apply a proportional reduction of the amount to be refunded in case of depreciation resulting from improper use, or not to accept the return if the state of conservation of the item or components, accessories and original packaging are not in good condition as delivered or in cases of abuse of the right of return,\u00a0 including recurring patterns of misuse.<\/p><h3><strong>Return Process (B2C)<\/strong><\/h3><p>The return of said item will be the responsibility of the customer, and can be made directly at the Partnerplus office, as long as it is previously scheduled and confirmed by email for <a href=\"mailto:suporte@partnerplus.pt\">suporte@partnerplus.pt<\/a>. The costs of the return will be borne by the customer, except in case of defective\/damaged item, D.O.A. (dead-on-arrival) condition, or shipping errors due to Partnerplus.<\/p><h3><strong>Refund Process (B2C)<\/strong><\/h3><p>The refund will be made for the amount paid with standard shipping costs, within a period of up to 14 calendar days after receipt and technical verification of the items, or provided that it is previously agreed by email, credited in a new purchase, requiring the replacement by Partnerplus or the customer of the difference in value for the new items.<\/p><h3><strong>(B2B) Professionals\/Companies<\/strong><\/h3><h4><strong>Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h4><p>Sales to professionals and companies are not covered by the right of free withdrawal, unless expressly agreed in writing by email.<\/p><p>We accept returns of defective\/damaged items, D.O.A.
