Contact us.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Is the invoice issued with or without VAT? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We always invoice in accordance with the existing legal procedures described below:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Portugal and Spain<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We invoice VAT at 23% to all customers in Portugal (individuals and companies).<\/p>\n<p>We invoice with VAT at the legal rate due on articles and services for customers in the Azores and Madeira.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>European Union<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We invoice <u>without VAT<\/u> to business customers with a valid VIES in accordance with the legislation in force.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VIES = VAT Information Exchange System <\/strong>= Identification of the NIPC in the European register for VAT purposes.<\/p>\n<p>Confirm that your NIPC\/VAT is valid in <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/taxation_customs\/vies\/#\/vat-validation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/taxation_customs\/vies\/#\/vat-validation<\/a><\/p>\n<p>We invoice with VAT (23%) to all individual and business customers without a valid VIES.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Rest of the World<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We invoice <u>without VAT<\/u> to customers outside the European Union upon presentation of a Portuguese customs export certificate, valid in Portugal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Payment Methods and Invoicing What payment methods are available?
